You’re the only agent shown here.

When a family near you taps “find a realtor,” this is what they see — and you’re the only agent there.

Why these introductions are different

Not another shared-lead marketplace.

Exclusive — not a shared cattle-call

One founding agent per market. The introduction goes to you, not blasted to five agents racing to dial first. No bidding war, no lead reselling.

They chose you

The family sees your profile and taps “Connect.” It's a double opt-in — you're meeting someone who picked you, warm and informed, not a cold form-fill.

The highest-intent buyer there is

A PCS isn't “someday.” They have orders, a report date, and a housing allowance (BAH) — often VA-loan buyers relocating from out of area. They will rent or buy, on a deadline.

Repeat moves + a referral network

Take care of one military family and you're in the network — they PCS again in a few years, and they tell the squadron. High lifetime value, not a one-and-done.

Flat, predictable, pay-only-when-chosen

A flat fee, charged only when a family actually connects with you. Never a commission split, never a percentage of your deal. If it isn't a fit early, you get a re-match credit.

How it works — from your side

Curated, one family at a time.

1

A family opts in

Someone planning a PCS to your market uses our tools, tells us their destination base and timeline, and asks to be connected with a vetted local agent.

2

They see your profile

Your photo, bio, and military-relocation experience appear in their dashboard as their matched agent — and you're the only agent shown.

3

They tap “Connect” — you're introduced

You get the warm introduction (name, email, destination base, rough timeline) and are charged the flat founding fee at that accepted intro. No pay-per-close, no commission tracking.

4

Not a fit? You're credited

If a family bounces before a real conversation, you get a re-match credit — you only pay for introductions that have a real shot.

The family is only ever shown an agent who already said yes — they meet a vetted match, never a swiping deck, never a “you were passed on.”

The founding-agent offer

One agent per base. First position. Locked-in founding pricing.

  • One founding agent per market — exclusive first position on introductions in your area.
  • Founding pricing, locked in for early partners — let's talk numbers on a call.
  • A say in how families are handed off — you help shape the experience.
  • We treat your reputation like ours: vetted pool, post-move feedback, no cattle-call.

Straight answers

We’re early-stage and say so. Here’s the honest version.

How many introductions will I get?
We're early-stage and honest about it — this is a founding position, not a volume play. We're building the audience base-by-base; a founding agent locks in first position in their market as that audience grows. We won't quote you a families-per-month number we can't stand behind.
What does it cost?
A flat fee per accepted introduction — never a commission, never a percentage of your deal, and only when a family actually connects with you. We're locking in founding pricing for early partners; let's cover the specifics on a quick call.
Do I have to use your lender?
No. Lending is kept entirely separate from real-estate introductions (RESPA) — your buyer, your financing, your call. We don't bundle them.
How does vetting work?
A license check, your military-relocation experience and references, and an agreement to take care of these families. We add a post-move feedback loop and drop agents who underperform — the families are our audience and our reputation rides on the hand-off.
Is this consent-based? How do you handle disclosure?
Every introduction is consent-based — the family explicitly opted in to be connected. We're finalizing the consent and disclosure language with counsel before the first hand-off, so it's clean from day one. We onboard founding agents now and turn on introductions once that's cleared.
